Is a Ship Management Company based in the Republic of Panama, dedicated to providing Ship Technical Management Services, Crewing, Insurance, and Supplies to vessels that carry out Coastal Services as well as International Voyages. Our strategic location allows us to offer competitive and reliable services.

Eagle Fleet Management meets all IMO regulations for the service that we are permitted to perform, including the application of the International Safety Management Code (ISM), ISO Standards Compliance, the Tanker Management and Self Assessment code and the International Ship & Port Facility Security Code.

MISSION

EFM is a company founded in 2014 to meet the growing demand in management of vessels that meet the latest IMO regulations regarding protection of the environment through double hull vessels, compliance with the codes, training of its staff to the highest standards and adhering to strict internal procedures that surpass industry standards. Our mission is to fulfil our clients’ expectations providing an honest, professional and the highest quality service, being the leading Ship Manager in the region. The Company is committed to providing world-class Ship Management services that meet or exceed safety, environmental and customer requirements and to conduct its operations in a manner that protects human health, the environment, property as well as to assess the risk and establish safeguards with the aim of ensuring a flawless and risk-free operation.

OPERATIONAL GOALS

To be a leader in the shipping industry, delivering the best services to our customers, and ensuring efficient transportation with the highest applicable standards.

Operationally EFM strives to continually improve the safety of the working environment. EFM carefully monitors its safety performance and benchmarks it against the industry.

Generally, all coastal ships are manned with Panamanians, while for vessels in international voyages we may employ Panamanians and Seafarers from other nearby countries as well.

EFM values long-term relationships with its suppliers and customers. It looks to leverage off these relations both to meet current customer and industry requirements and anticipated future demands.

The Ships Personnel Department of EFM is responsible for vetting, selection and recruitment of competent, qualified, trained and medically fit seagoing personnel, in accordance with Company’s procedures, International Regulations and Flag State requirements, and to ensure that the Company has sufficient seagoing personnel to adequately man its vessels, as well as to maintain updated records of all seagoing personnel.

In our Company we pride ourselves for the retention rate of more than 90% of our Shipboard and Shore based Personnel.
