OBJECTIVES
- Comply with the loading and delivery schedules at the established times and places.
- Deliver the full cargo according to the delivery plan.
- Maintain an average of labor and environmental incidents 10% below the previous year.
- Carry out ship-to-ship delivery maneuvers with “0” labor and environmental incidents.
- Increase a minimum of 10% of professional training of the personnel that works in the company with respect to the previous year.
- Reduce by 10% deficiencies in fleet inspections with respect to previous inspections.
- Keep the fleet operational for at least 90% of the year.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY
The Company acknowledges the risks that exist to the surrounding environment. The company has prepared extensive instructions in compliance with both national and international requirements, as well as with standards established by the Classification Society and required by charterers, to minimize this latent risk.
These instructions, which refer to various anti-pollution measures and training manuals, were created in order to contribute to:
- The prevention of pollution and other damage to the environment, in particular, the marine environment-
- Cleaning of the marine environment-
- The identification of contamination risks.
- The maintenance of environmental safety standards on board.
- Preparedness for emergency situations related to pollution.
- Build a reputation as an eco-friendly company.
- Regular inspections of equipment and reviews of procedures to ensure compliance with up-to-date safety management.
- Good cooperation with maritime authorities.
Recognizing the exposure to risk, the Company is always committed to have a complete insurance that covers all the requirements of the authorities, classification society and charterers.
All instructions will be updated periodically so that it always complies with the demands and requirements of authorities, the Classification Society and the Charterers.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The Company recognizes the exposure of risks to personnel who work onboard its vessels and at its headquarters on land. The Company has therefore prepared extensive safety instructions complying with both national and international requirements, as well as with Classification Society regulations and client requirements to minimize latent risks. These instructions are for both the ship’s crew and subcontractors working on board.
These instructions should contribute to:
- The prevention of human injury or loss of life
- A Safe work environment
- Safe working practices
- Identify risk and safety hazards
- Maintaining high safety standards on board
- Continuous improvement in staff security management skills
- Prepare for safety-related emergencies
- Build a reputation as a safety-conscious company.
We carry out regular inspections of equipment and reviews of procedures to ensure compliance with up-to-date security management.
We complete regular “on-the-job” training, as well as shore-based courses for personnel, to ensure they are qualified to perform their respective jobs.
We practice a “blame free” culture and we aim for the highest degree of personal safety, with 0 (zero) accidents. We urge on board Ship´s Officers to report any deficiencies concerning security which would provide the company with the possibility to develop and raise the level of security and understanding.
Superintendents as well as Captains and Chief Engineers should always lead by example in safety matters.
The Company guarantees that adequate resources and ground support will be provided for DPA, Superintendents, inspectors, technicians, and administrative personnel to perform their role at all levels of security. Supporting this; The Company will prepare annual maintenance budgets, where the security equipment and the maintenance of the security equipment will be subdivided. All budgets are confidential but are available to higher ranking officers.
Recognizing the exposure to hazards, the Company is always committed to have life, sickness and disability insurance coverage for all personnel.
